It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Harold Cummings’ action was deemed to be violent conduct. Mr. Cummings is suspended for one (1) additional match (two (2) matches total) and will be issued a fine for this action.

Investigation confirmed the policy violation on the red card review in the 1st minute, as well as on two other occasions during the match.  This is ATL’s second violation of the policy during the 2018 season.  Discipline is pending a final internal review.
