When to Report
When a Technical Staff member approaches a Match Official at halftime.
Regardless of whether the incident was friendly or not.
When NOT to Report
When it involves a player.
When the official approaches the staff member.
When the interaction occurs at a period other than halftime.
When the staff member approaches the official to make a substitution or discuss player health issue.
When to take Photos/Videos
When it occurs in the tunnel areas out of view of the field cameras.
When filming won’t agitate the incident.
