Non-rostered ORL Player, Cameron Lindley, violated the Personnel Communication Device Policy during warm ups. The Club was unofficially warned against having non-rostered players at field level during warm ups and being in violation of the policy.

Very poor field conditions at BBVA Compass Stadium were noted in the Referee Report. Noted to MLS Operations.

As indicated in the Referee Report, a fan threw two hats on the field of play which were then used by a player for an excessive celebration after a goal. Noted to MLS Operations.
