Where the officials see an incident, and issue a red card, the Disciplinary Committee may review the play for further disciplinary action, over and above the mandatory suspension and fine. Supplemental discipline (suspension and/or fine) will be administered if the Disciplinary Committee believes:
the offense is egregious in nature; and/or
it must act to protect player safety; and/or
it must protect the integrity of the game; and/or
the player is guilty of repeat behavior.
It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Ronaldo Pena will be suspended for one (1) additional match (two (2) matches total) and issued an additional fine for violent conduct.

Yordy Reyna has been found in violation of the League’s policy regarding Entering the Field of Play. Mr. Reyna will be issued an ‘Official Warning’ for this violation.

10.28.18 CLB-MIN Heath/Watson Bench Behavior Violation
MIN Head Coach, Heath, and MIN broadcaster, Watson, used a broadcast monitor to protest a referee decision. Heath left his technical area to view a broadcast monitor replay of a penalty appeal positioned near the 4th Official’s Table. After watching the replay, he protested the decision to the 4th Official. The MLS Competition Representative onsite and PME took pictures of the monitor and requested that CLB Operations move the monitor from technical area sight lines. The broadcast monitor was moved, and no further incidents occurred. Heath will be disciplined for this violation pending a final investigation. Noted to MLS Broadcast.
10.28.18 CLB-MIN Heath Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime
MIN Head Coach, Heath, was observed in violation of the Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime Policy. Pending further investigation.
10.28.18 SKC-LAFC Use of Personal Communication Device/Bench Personnel Policy
A yet to be identified member of the LAFC delegation was observed behind the LAFC bench with a cell phone sharing information with members of the authorized bench personnel. An investigation is underway to determine who this individual was and whether they were in violation of the two policies.
10.28.18 NYRB-ORL Pre-Match Roster Change
Prior to the kickoff and after the pre-match roster exchange, ORL made a change to their starting lineup. A starting player was removed and replaced by a substitute. Given that the change occurred 16 minutes prior to kick-off, ORL was permitted to replace the substitute with a player from their extended roster but chose not to. The PME appropriately notified the Competition Contact immediately via text message per the protocol.
10.28.18 LAG-HOU Audio Recording Device Malfunction
The Audio Recording Device appeared to be overheating. After several attempts to rectify the issue, the PME was able to get the device to work appropriately.
10.28.18 COL-DAL Video Board Replay Policy 45min
COL was observed in violation of the Video Board Replay Policy. A controversial decision was played on the video board prior to the restart of play. Pending investigation.
10.28.18 CHI-DC Fan Incidents
A fan was observed throwing items towards players and staff members. Noted to MLS Security.
A pitch invader was apprehended after the match. Noted to MLS Security.
