It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Marcelo Silva will be issued a fine for failing to leave the field in a timely and orderly manner after receiving his red card.

03.16.19 HOU-VAN Ball Kids
A Ball Kid solicited an autograph from a player in violation of Ball Kid protocol and standards. Noted to MLS Operations.
03.17.19 CIN-POR Match Official Locker Room Standardization
The Referee Report indicated that the Match Official’s Locker Room shower did not work. Additionally, the PME and Competition attendee reported that the Match Official Locker Room was up two flights of stairs and deep into an adjacent building from the field. While competing in the USL, CIN provided an auxiliary locker room underneath their Supporter’s Stands near the field. Noted to MLS Operations.
03.17.19 CIN-POR No Security with VOR Match Officials
The PRO VAR crew did not have security with them from and to the locker room and VOR. Noted to MLS Security.
03.16.19 NYRB-SJ Ball Kids
The Referee Report indicated that a second ball was thrown on the field on multiple occasions throughout the match delaying the restart of play. While not in favor of either team, the delays were a product of poor Ball Kid procedures and seemed avoidable. Noted to MLS Operations.
03.16.19 HOU-VAN Pre-Match Incident
Prior to the match, a confrontation occurred between HOU groundskeepers and security and a MTL coach and goalkeeper regarding the location of warm ups. Both Clubs will be notified directly, and a request will be made for a more professional approach to incidents of these nature in the future.
