LA Galaxy Assistant Coach Gustavo Barros Schelotto was observed by the PME & on video to have been in violation of the Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime policy. He will be warned for his first offense.
07.21.19 ORL-NYRB Dwyer Suspended Player Policy Violation
Suspended Orlando City SC player, Dom Dwyer, was observed to be in violation of the Suspended Player Policy limiting access to locker rooms, the tunnels, and field 90 minutes prior to kickoff until the conclusion of the match. He will be fined for this action.

Fans behind the south end goal were heard chanting “F**k You, Ref!” for at least two minutes during 2nd half. Noted to MLS Security/Operations.

The Referee Report indicated that there was no food available upon arrival. Additionally, the temperature in the locker room consistently remained above 82 degrees. Noted to MLS Operations.

During a SJ goal kicks near the southern goal, VAN fans yelled "you fat bastard" as soon as the goalkeeper kicked the ball away. They repeated the same insult at 74:41 and 82:26. Noted to MLS Security/Operations.
