Both the Vancouver Whitecaps FC and the Montreal Impact have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. Each Club will be issued a warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Emanuel Maciel will be suspended for one (1) additional match (two (2) matches total) and issued an additional fine for Serious Foul Play.

An Official Warning was issued and a fine will be held in abeyance through the remainder of the MLS Season/Playoffs. If he is found in violation of any other policies for the remainder of the season, this fine will be payable.
