It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Andre Shinyashiki is guilty of simulation/embellishment. Mr. Shinyashiki will be issued a fine for this action.
09.23.20 POR-SEA Ruidiaz YC contact Bonilla 54min
The incident was reviewed under Disciplinary Committee Parameter #3:
Where the Officials See an Incident, and Do Not Act (i.e., no foul, foul, yellow card), the Committee shall act:
On incidents in which PRO acknowledges an on-field Referee/VAR error AND the Committee is unanimous at Red Card and One (1) match or Action Taken (simulation/embellishment); or,
On incidents in which discipline warrants at least a two (2) match suspension.
The play in question must be, in the unanimous opinion of the Committee from all available evidence:
a clear and unequivocal red card; and
egregious and/or repeat behavior in nature, and/or
the Committee must act to protect player safety or the integrity of the game.
It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Raul Ruidiaz will be suspended for one (1) match and issued a fine for Violent Conduct.

Tents blocked VAR sight lines from the high midfield broadcast camera on the bench side of the field in each half of the field. Noted to MLS Operations.
09.23.20 NSH-DC Field Markings
Non-soccer field markings were visible. Thick, white sidelines from football were visible. Yellow dashed lines on both sides of the field were visible. A large Titans logo was visible. NFL logos were visible on each side of the field. Noted to MLS Operations.

09.23.20 LAFC-VAN VMD
The VMD did not attend the Coordination Meeting. Noted to MLS Medical.
09.23.20 SKC-ORL Coordination of Players Kneeling
Prior to kickoff and after the national anthem, the Players and the Match Officials knelt for approximately 10 seconds. Neither Club’s Team Administrator or the broadcaster was aware that the demonstration would occur. Competition has followed up with League Officials to clarify the policy and process to ensure all personnel (i.e., Clubs, Match Officials, players, PME, etc.) are on the same page.
09.23.20 NE-MTL VMD
The VMD was not present at the Coordination Meeting and did not introduce himself to the Match Officials. Noted to MLS Medical.
09.23.20 COL-SJ Delayed Kick
Both Clubs were late coming out of the locker room for the second half. Noted to MLS Operations.
09.23.20 NSH-DC VMD
Robert Fitch was listed as the VMD for the Match. He was not present, but instead Andrew Gregory was present and acted as the VMD. Noted to MLS Medical.
09.23.20 NSH-DC Sprinklers
Two sprinklers heads were activated and began spraying water during the match. The delay lasted approximately 70 seconds. Noted to MLS Operations.
