It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Janio Bikel failed to leave the field in a timely manner after receiving his red card.  Mr. Bikel will be issued a fine for this action.

Both the San Jose Earthquakes and the LA Galaxy have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy.  Both Clubs will be issued a warning for their first violation.  Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach.  Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following players have been identified for supplemental discipline:

  • Cristian Pavon (LAG) will be issued a $250 fine for instigating and escalating a mass confrontation
