11.29.20 ORL-NE Pereyra RC challenge Polster 60min
The incident was reviewed under Disciplinary Committee Parameter #2:
Where the Officials See an Incident, and Acts, the Committee may review the play for further disciplinary action, over and above the mandatory suspension and fine. Supplemental discipline (suspension and/or fine) will be administered if the Committee believes:
the offense is egregious in nature; and/or
it must act to protect player safety; and/or
it must protect the integrity of the game; and/or
the player is guilty of repeat behavior.
It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Mauricio Pereyra will be suspended for one (1) additional match (two (2) matches total) and issued an additional fine for Serious Foul Play.
11.29.20 ORL-NE ORL mass confrontation 60min & 11.29.20 ORL-NE ORL mass confrontation 71min
Orlando City SC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy in both the 60th and 71st minute. This will be the third violation of the 2020 MLS Season for the Club. Orlando City SC will be fined $10,000 and Head Coach Oscar Pareja will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following players have been identified for supplemental discipline:
Junior Urso (ORL) will be issued a fine for instigating and escalating a mass confrontation in the 60th minute
Daryl Dike (ORL) will be issued a fine for instigating and escalating a mass confrontation in the 71st minute

Second half delay due to TV and a coach interview. Noted to MLS Operations.
11.29.20 ORL-NE Fan Incident
An object was thrown at the Match Officials as they entered the tunnel after the match. No contact was made with the Officials and the incident was dealt with by Stadium security and law enforcement. Noted to MLS Security.
12.01.20 SEA-DAL MCM
The Match Coordination Meeting time was listed as an hour and eighteen minutes before kick-off. Competition requested that the time be changed to an hour before kick-off per the Competition Manual and Playoff Guidelines during the Match Commissioner Meeting. SEA complied.
