It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that David Ochoa has been found in violation of the League’s policy regarding Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans. Mr. Ochoa will be issued a fine for this action.
04.24.21 MIN-RSL Mass Confrontation POST
It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that both Minnesota United FC and Real Salt Lake have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. Both Minnesota United FC and Real Salt Lake will be issued an Official Warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following players have been identified for supplemental discipline:
Hassani Dotson (MIN) and Chase Gasper (MIN) will both be issued fines for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation. The fines shall be held in abeyance provided there are no further incidents of inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation during the 2021 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).
