COL Assistant Coaches were photographed without masks throughout the match. Noted to MLS Medical.
05.08.21 ORL-NYC Ball Retriever Violation 82min
The Ball Retriever was positioned behind/next to the goal for most of the match with a spare ball in his hands and supplied the ball directly to a player on multiple occasions in violation of ball retrieval guidelines. The Club has been warned against future noncompliance by Competition.
05.08.21 VAN-MTL MTL Bench Personnel Policy Violation
MTL warmed up with 21 players on the field, including a 3rd GK that was not listed on the Official Roster. The club was issued an Official Warning for their first violation of the policy this season.
05.08.21 LA-LAFC Fan Conduct 62min
A beer was thrown onto the field in the vicinity of LAFC players celebrating a goal. The object did not appear to hit the Players. Noted to MLS Security.
05.08.21 DAL-HOU Cameraman and Wire Handler on the Field of Play 74min
A cameraman and wire handler entered the field of play during a hydration break in violation of the Entering the Field of Play Policy. Noted to MLS Broadcast.
05.09.21 MIA-ATL Fan Conduct
The 4th Official notified the Match Director that the Referee was hearing a loud whistle from the stands/fans that was interfering with the game. The Match Director heard the whistle coming from behind the goal located at the north end of the stadium. The Match Director notified Tony Correa of MIA. An announcement was made over the stadium loudspeakers in the 41st minute. Additional announcements were made at halftime and no further incidents were heard by the Match Officials or Match Director. Noted to MLS Operations.

DAL Supporters Group repeated “F you, Ref” chant. Noted to MLS Operations/Security.
05.07.21 RSL-SJ
Fan Conduct - targeted, repeated, and profane chants and heckling were directed at the 4th Official from behind the bench area by one fan. Noted to MLS Operations/Security.
SJ delayed the second half kick by 30 seconds due to being late to the field. Noted to MLS Operations.
SJ staff was warming players up on the sideline during the first half. They were asked to relocate their warmup to the goal-line (designated warmup location) in the 44th minute. SJ expressed their displeasure because they did not want to warm up near the opponent’s supporter’s section. Noted to MLS Operations.
