10.16.22 ATX-RSL Rubio Failure to leave field 52min
It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Real Salt Lake forward Rubio Rubin failed to leave the field in a timely manner. Mr. Rubin will be issued a fine for this action.

10.15.22 RBNY-CIN
A wired handheld cameraperson and assistant entered the field for an extended period of time after the RBNY goal in the 48th minute in violation of the Handheld Camera Field Access Policy. The same cameraperson and assistant were asked by the Match Commissioner and Operations personnel to vacate the CIN technical area during the game on a couple of occasions. Noted to MLS Broadcast/Operations.
A RBNY fan seated behind the RBNY bench was extremely verbally abusive and aggressive toward RBNY players on the bench immediately post-match. The fan was close enough to players and belligerent enough to be a threat. After about 60-90 seconds, he was escorted out by Security. Noted to MLS Security.
10.15.22 LA-NSH
NSH Assistant Coach Kimura Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime
NSH Assistant Coach Kosuke Kimura was observed approaching and interacting with the 4th Official at halftime. Given that this is his first violation of the season and NSH is out of the playoffs, he will not receive an Official Warning for this action.
10.16.22 ATX-RSL
In the 56th minute, the 4th Official notified the Match Director that a fan threw a ball into the face of an RSL player. The incident was reported to stadium security. Noted to MLS Security.
10.16.22 MTL-ORL
Objects were thrown onto the field towards the west side of the stadium in the 49th minute. Fans also used their scarves and flags in an attempt to impact that Ball Stand ball. MLS Operations and Security were notified and addressed the incident.
A beer can was thrown onto the field after the MTL goal in the 68th minute. Noted to MLS Security.

ORL Head Coach Oscar Pareja was observed approaching and interacting with the 4th Official at halftime. Given that this is his first violation of the season and ORL is out of the playoffs, he will not receive an Official Warning for this action.

A Ball Stand violation by a photographer was identified in the 33rd minute. Noted to MLS Operations.
A beer can was thrown onto the field in the 64th minute. The can was later removed by stadium operations. Noted to MLS Security.
A fan was observed throwing an item (drink) at a MIN player during a corner kick in the 90+9 minute. Stadium operations was notified. Noted to MLS Security.
