03.12.23 SJ-COL Mass Confrontation 92+min

It is the Committee's unanimous decision that both the San Jose Earthquakes and the Colorado Rapids have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy.  Both Clubs will be issued an official warning for their first violation.  Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach.  Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
