It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Orlando City SC midfielder Cesar Araujo is guilty of simulation/embellishment. Mr. Araujo will be issued a fine for this action (second violation of the 2023 MLS Season).

It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Orlando City SC midfielder Cesar Araujo is guilty of simulation/embellishment.  Due to this being the second violation in the same match, Mr. Araujo will not be issued an additional fine for this action.

05.17.23 CLT-CHI CLT Mass confrontation 5min

It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that Charlotte FC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy.  This is the first violation of the 2023 MLS Season for the Club.  Charlotte FC will be issued an official warning for their first violation.  Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach.  Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

Charlotte FC will be issued an official warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Chicago Fire FC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the second violation of the 2023 MLS Season for the Club. Chicago Fire FC will be fined and Head Coach Frank Klopas will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
