Second half kick-off was delayed 2 minutes due to CLB arriving late to the field. Noted to MLS Operations.
DMR PDFs would not open. Rosters were visible on the Viewer Page and hard copies were filled out and distributed to all stakeholders per the redundancy protocol. MLS Competition working with vendor to fix problem.
Goal nets had issues identified during the field inspection. NYC Ops addressed them prior to kick-off. Noted to MLS Operations.
There was no Club memory card in the Audio Recording Device. Noted to MLS Operations.

POR released an incorrect roster on their digital platforms prior to the official release of the DMR. A correction was distributed a few minutes prior to kick-off. Addressed with Club by MLS Competition.

The second half kick-off started 3 minutes late due to COL arriving to the field late. Noted to MLS Operations.
ATX supporters section fans threw bottles/drinks at a COL Player as he was escorted around the field by an Athletic Trainer in the 60th minute. The projectiles landed within a few feet, if not inches, of the Player. Noted to MLS Security & Operations.
Audio Recording Device ran out of batteries and turned off at approximately the 75th minute. Noted to MLS Operations.
Match Official exit at the end of the game was proactively altered by Security to avoid any issues with fans. Noted to MLS Security & Operations.
