The VMD did not attend the Match Coordination Meeting. Noted to MLS Medical.
10.30.21 ATL-TOR
The second half kick-off was delayed a minute and thirty seconds due to TOR arriving to the field late. Noted to MLS Operations.
10.30.21 ATL-TOR ATL Bench Personnel Policy Violation
Non-rostered players Machop Chol and Rocco Rios Novo were observed at field level during the warm up period. Chol & the Club will be issued fines.
10.30.21 DC-CLB
The VMD did not attend the Match Coordination Meeting. Noted to MLS Medical.
After the CLB goal scored in the 66th minute, bottles were thrown onto the field behind the goal where the players were celebrating. After the players returned to the field, the fans continued to throw objects at the CLB substitutes behind the goal on the field. Noted to MLS Security.
10.31.21 RSL-SJ
Security intervened in a verbal altercation between a SJ coach and RSL fan. Noted to MLS Security.
A fan threw a beer can onto the field in the 80th minute behind the RSL goal after a goal was scored. Security was notified by the Match Officials. Noted to MLS Security.
10.31.21 ORL-NSH
ORL Executive VP of Soccer Operations Luis Muzzi was observer using aggressive and abusive language towards the officials while officials were in their locker room post-match. He will be issued a fine for this behavior.
Second half kick-off was delayed a minute and 35 seconds because both teams arrived late to the field. Noted to MLS Operations.
As the Match Officials exited the field at the conclusion of the match, a beer can and plastic bottle were thrown towards them from the stands. Noted to MLS Security.
10.31.21 PHI-CIN
There was no Club memory card in the Audio Recording Device. Noted to MLS Operations.
11.01.21 SEA-LA
Second half kick-off was delayed three minutes due to SEA not being ready. Noted to MLS Operations.
Prior to kickoff, the Audio Recording Device was accidentally unplugged and found to be off at kick-off. The problem was remedied, and the recording started about one minute late. Noted to MLS Operations.
There was an alleged Video Board Replay Policy violation in the 34th minute. Competition and Operations have investigated and formally warned the Club for a first violation of the season.
11.02.21 LAFC-VAN
During a VAN goal-kick in the 81st minute (80:15), spectators in the south end being the VAN goal were heard yelling the “P-chant”. It was easily heard at the 4th Official’s Table according to the Match Director. Noted to MLS Security.
