It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Nathan will be suspended for one (1) match and issued a fine for Serious Foul Play.

Although there will not be supplemental discipline issued at this time, Lucas Cavallini will be placed on ‘Official Warning’ for Violent Conduct for the remainder of the 2022 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).

It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Federico Navarro failed to leave the field in a timely manner. Mr. Navarro will be issued a fine for this action.
04.24.22 CIN-LAFC mass confrontation 90+min
It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that Los Angeles FC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the third violation of the 2022 MLS Season for the Club. Los Angeles FC will be fined and Head Coach Steve Cherundolo will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that FC Cincinnati has been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. The Club will be issued a warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Additional Competition Policy Issues
04.24.22 NYC-TOR
Media and photographers behind the goals were wearing bright orange bibs that closely resembled NYC FC's jerseys. The 4th Official asked as the game kicked off to have them change the color of their bibs on behalf of the Referee. NYCFC field Ops immediately responded and after a few minutes into the game most media and photographers had their orange bibs changed to yellow bibs. Noted to MLS Ops.
The match clock on in stadium screen did not start when second half kicked off. This was resolved after about 90 seconds into the second half (clock was set to the right time and started running from there). Noted to MLS Ops.
04.24.22 ORL-RBNY
ORL Ball Retriever Violation 10min
A Ball Retriever violation was identified at 9:56. Competition to investigate. ORL will receive an Official Warning and a fine held in abeyance, which will be payable should they violate the same policy at any point again in the 2022 season.
ORL Assistant Coach Bazan Interacting with Match Officials
ORL Assistant Coach Jose Bazan was observed approaching the Match Officials after the halftime whistle. He will be issued an Official Warning for his first violation of the policy this season.
04.23.22 SKC-CLB
The Video Operations Room (VOR) had no air conditioning which required that the doors be kept open during the match. Noted to PRO & MLS Ops.
There was no security detail at the VOR prior to the match. Noted to MLS Security & MLS Ops.

A Referee Liaison Ball Retriever issue was identified at 65:22. Noted to PRO.
04.23.22 DC-NE
The Audio Recording Device lost power at halftime and was unusable in the second half. Noted to MLS Ops.
04.23.22 SJ-SEA
Security and Ball Retrievers were positioned within broadcast view in front of LED boards and between the boards and sideline. Noted to MLS Ops.
An open beer can was thrown at #24 Stefan Frei of SEA as the halftime whistle was blown and as he was walking away from his goal. He brought the can to the 4th Official’s Table and the 4th Official reported the incident to the Match Director. Noted top MLS Security
04.23.22 COL-CLT
COL Braian Galvan Bench Personnel Policy Violation
Non-Rostered COL Player Braian Galvan was seen in the bench area during warm-ups. The club will be issued an Official Warning with a fine held in abeyance until a second violation of the same incident in 2022.

The VMD was not present at the Match Coordination Meeting. Noted to MLS Medical.
