11.23.24 NYC-RBNY Moralez Hands to the face-head-neck Tolkin post-match

The Committee's unanimous decision is that New York City FC midfielder Maxi Moralez has violated the League’s policy regarding hands to the face/head/neck of an opponent. Maxi Moralez will be issued a fine for this action.

 

11.23.24 NYC-RBNY Vanzeir Kicking ball towards stands 16min

The Committee’s unanimous decision is that New York Red Bulls forward Dante Vanzeir has violated the League’s policy regarding Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans.  Accordingly, Dante Vanzeir will be issued a fine and placed on ‘Official Warning’ for the remainder of the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs). The fine shall be held in abeyance provided no further violations of the Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans policy during the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).

 

11.24.24 ORL-ATL Mass Confrontation 33min

The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Orlando City SC has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy.  This is the third violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club.  Orlando City SC will be fined and Head Coach Oscar Pareja will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline: 

  • Orlando City SC goalkeeper Pedro Gallese will be issued a fine for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation (second violation of the 2024 MLS Season).

  • Orlando City SC defender Wilder Cartagena, midfielder Cesar Araujo, and forward Martin Ojeda will be issued fines for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.

The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Atlanta United FC has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the second violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. Atlanta United FC will be fined and Head Coach Rob Valentino will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline: 

  • Atlanta United FC midfielder Bartosz Slisz will be issued a fine for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation (second violation of the 2024 MLS Season).

  • Atlanta United FC defender Luis Abram and midfielder Saba Lobjanidze will be issued fines for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.

The Committee's unanimous decision is that Minnesota United FC defender Carlos Harvey has violated the League’s policy regarding simulation/embellishment.  Carlos Harvey will be issued a fine for this action.

The Committee's unanimous decision is that Minnesota United FC defender Jefferson Diaz failed to leave the field in a timely manner.  Jefferson Diaz will be issued a fine for this action.
