The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Toronto FC midfielder Federico Bernardeschi has violated the League’s policy regarding Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans. Accordingly, Federico Bernardeschi will be issued a fine and will be placed on ‘Official Warning’ for the remainder of the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs). The fine shall be held in abeyance provided there are no further violations of the Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans policy during the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).
06.22.24 MIN-ATX Mass Confrontation 72min
The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Austin FC has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the first violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. Austin FC and Head Coach Josh Wolff will be issued Official Warnings for this violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline:
Austin FC defenders Jon Gallagher and Guilherme Biro, midfielder Owen Wolff, and forward Diego Rubio will be issued fines for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.

St. Louis City SC defender Tim Parker has been found in violation of the League’s Public Criticism policy. Tim Parker will be issued a fine for this violation.
