The Committee's unanimous decision is that LA Galaxy midfielder Riqui Puig has violated the League’s policy regarding hands to the face/head/neck of an opponent. Riqui Puig will be issued a fine for this action.

The Committee’s unanimous decision is that FC Cincinnati forward Kevin Kelsy has violated the League’s policy regarding Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans. Accordingly, Kevin Kelsy will be issued a fine and will be placed on ‘Official Warning’ for the remainder of the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs). The fine shall be held in abeyance provided there are no further violations of the Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans policy during the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).

The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Austin FC midfielder Daniel Pereira has violated the League’s policy regarding Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans. Accordingly, Daniel Pereira will be issued a fine and will be placed on ‘Official Warning’ for the remainder of the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs). The fine shall be held in abeyance provided there are no further violations of the Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans policy during the 2024 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).

The Committee's unanimous decision is that Minnesota United FC defender Miguel Tapias failed to leave the field in a timely manner. Miguel Tapias will be issued a fine for this action.

The Committee's unanimous decision is that Real Salt Lake forward Cristian Arango has violated the League’s policy regarding simulation/embellishment. Cristian Arango will be issued a fine for this action.
05.18.24 RSL-COL Mass Confrontation 99+min
The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Real Salt Lake has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the first violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. Real Salt Lake and Head Coach Pablo Mastroeni will be issued Official Warnings for this violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline:
Real Salt Lake goalkeeper Zac MacMath, defenders Alexandros Katranis and Brayan Vera, and midfielder Nelson Palacio will be issued fines for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.
The Committee’s unanimous decision is that the Colorado Rapids have violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the second violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. The Colorado Rapids will be fined and Head Coach Chris Armas will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline:
Colorado Rapids defenders Moise Bombito and Andreas Maxso, and forward Darren Yapi will be issued fines for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.

The Committee's unanimous decision is that Real Salt Lake midfielder Matt Crooks has violated the League’s policy regarding entering the field of play during a confrontational incident. Matt Crooks will be issued a fine for this action.
