08.15.18 LAG-COL Bench Personnel Policy
Multiple non-rostered COL staff members stood behind the COL bench for the entire 1st half and part of the second half (see picture labeled 5). Pictures 6, 7, 8 depict LAG staff members sitting on bleachers behind the team bench at field level also in violation of the Bench Personnel Policy.
08.15.18 LAG-COL VMD
The VMD was not at the 4th Official's Table. He was observed sitting on the LAG bench for the entire match. The VMD can be seen tending to LAG player, Dos Santos, at 30:33 of the broadcast feed (black MLS polo and black glasses) coming from the right side of the screen which is the LAG bench. Noted to MLS Medical.
08.15.18 LAG-COL Use of Personnel Communication Device
Multiple staff members from both clubs were observed using their personnel communication devices on the sideline during warm ups and the match. The individuals were either unidentifiable or were team administrators, doctors, and communications personnel. Team administrators and doctors are permitted to use their cell phones. However, Communications representatives are currently not permitted. Noted to MLS Communications.
08.15.18 LAFC-RSL Bench Personnel Policy
LAFC was observed to have been in violation of the Bench Personnel Policy. LAFC has agreed to move additional staff and players to a separate area to comply with the policy moving forward.
08.18.18 HOU-RSL Fan Incident
Per the Referee and PME Reports, bottles and debris were thrown onto the field in the 94th minute. Noted to MLS Security.
08.18.18 HOU-RSL Video Board Replay Policy 67min
Per the Referee and PME Reports, HOU was observed to have been in violation of the Video Board Replay Policy. A replay of a penalty decision was shown on the video board prior to the restart of play. Pending investigation.

Per the Referee Report, a bottle was thrown from the stands towards the penalty spot in the 90+ minute after a goal was scored. Noted to MLS Security.

Profane chants could be heard from VAN supporters during pre-match player announcements and for every NYRB goal kick. Noted to MLS Security.

Profane chants could be heard from SKC supporters during the 44th minute. Noted to MLS Security.

Profane chants were heard by SEA supporters from the 11th to 12th minutes. Noted to MLS Security.

A bottle was thrown onto the field in the 50th minute and at the conclusion of the match according to the PME and Referee Reports respectively. Noted to MLS Security.
