SJ was observed in violation of the Videoboard Replay Violation by displaying a replay of a controversial incident (handball/penalty decision) in the 55th minute. SJ was warned for their first violation of the season.

CHI Head Coach, Paunovic, kicks a ball onto the field slowing down a TOR restart. Pending an investigation and final decision regarding discipline.

LAFC was observed in violation of the Bench Personnel Policy. Four (4) additional members of the LAFC delegation stood next to the bench and just behind the 4th Official’s Table. LAFC will be warned for their first violation of the season.

As reported in the Referee and PME Reports, a fan entered the field of play and approached LAG #9, Ibrahimović, for a photo and autograph before being intercepted by security. Noted to MLS Security.

The Yankee Stadium field condition was substandard as reported by several stakeholders. The turf was dry and came loose on several occasions. Noted to MLS Operations.

As Reported in the Referee and PME Reports, bottles/cups were thrown at LAFC players during a stoppage. Noted to MLS Operations.

LAFC issued a complaint about the quality of the Audi Stadium field. Noted to MLS Operations.

The 4th Official asked that security address two fans (doctor brothers) heckling FC Dallas staff and players on the bench. Noted to MLS Security.

The Match Officials reported that the quality of the field at Talen Energy Stadium was substandard. Noted to MLS Operations.

The Roster Exchange Meeting occurred earlier than seventy (70) minutes prior to kick time. Reported to PRO. A meeting of all stakeholders will be convened to establish best practices regarding the Roster Exchange Meeting time.
04.07.19 CIN-SKC Security Issue
As indicated in the Referee Report, the VAR and AVAR were forced to walk on a public concourse to get to and from the locker room/VOR. They were escorted by FCC personnel, not individuals designated as security. Noted to MLS Operations/Security.
