During the Warm-ups, TOR player was observed using a personal communication device on the touchline. Investigation ongoing.
05.15.19 TOR-DC Incorrect Number listed on Official Match Roster
During the roster exchange, it was noted that TOR player Terrence Boyd’s number was incorrectly listed. The error was noticed by the officials and changed by TOR to the correct #91.
05.18.19 PHI-SEA Field Quality
The roots of the new sod at Talen Energy Stadium have not taken hold and that numerous divots were uprooted, creating an unsafe playing environment. Noted to Operations.
05.15.19 CIN-MTL Substitution Cards at 4th Official’s Table
The 4th Official’s Table did not have substitution cards at the start of the match. Club Operations personnel were notified and rectified the issue shortly into the first half. Noted to Operations.
05.16.19 LAFC-DAL Fans Entering Field
A section of LAFC fans are given clearance to enter the field immediately after the match which may pose a security concern. Noted to Operations/Security.
05.18.19 PHI-SEA Fan Incident
Inappropriate behavior by the Moss Brothers in their interactions with the SEA bench from 71st minute onwards was observed. SEA Assistant Coach & Medical Staff had a face-to-face confrontation with them post-match. Noted to Operations/Security.
05.19.19 DAL-LAFC Fan Incident
In the 78th minute, it was reported by AR2 that a cup of ice was thrown toward the field during the penalty kick situation. Noted to Operations/Security.
05.19.19 DAL-LAFC Fan Incident
Two (2) fans threw ice at the Match Officials as they exited the field post-match with no security escort. Their security detail left to intercept a field invader. Noted to Operations/Security.
05.18.19 NYRB-ATL Audio Recording Device Malfunction
At some point during the match, the audio recording device lost power and failed to record sideline audio. Noted to Operations.
05.18.19 HOU-DC Multiple Fan Incidents
DC United Head Coach, Ben Olsen, reported that numerous items were thrown at the players while warming up throughout the match, including bottles, ice, coins, water, etc. A bottle was thrown at the DC United goalkeeper in the 27th minute. This was reported to the game day staff and 4th Official at approximately the 71st minute and, subsequently, reported to stadium security. Additional security was sent to the area but further incidents occurred. Noted to Operations/Security.
