05.08.19 CLB-LA Misaligned End line/Goal Post
Prior to the match, the officials noted that one of the end lines/goal lines was not marked evenly with the goal posts. It was rectified prior to the start of the match. Noted to MLS Operations.
05.10.19 VAN-POR VMD Issue
VMD & Team Doctors both wearing VMD gear. Confusion over who is actually the VMD and who is home team doctor. One at 4th Officials Table didn't get up during head injuries at 36' and 52'. Noted to MLS Medical.
05.10.19 VAN-POR PK Spot Distance Issue
Both penalty spots were incorrectly marked by 5 inches as they were measured from the front of the goal line rather than the back of the goal line. PRO had the grounds crew correct the problem before the match started. Noted to MLS Operations.
05.11.19 NE-SJ Visitor Warm-Up Area
Throughout the match, SJ coaching staff voiced their displease with the Warm up area, specifically the size of the area, debris in the area, and the sloping nature of the area.
05.11.19 DAL-NYRB Barrios Suspended Player Violation
Suspended FC Dallas player, Michael Barrios, was observed to be in violation of the Suspended Player Policy limiting access to locker rooms, the tunnels, and field 90 minutes prior to kickoff. The player will be fined for their violation of this policy.
05.11.19 CIN-MTL Kah - MTL Team Admin Roster Issue
Cincinnati Assistant Coach Kah inappropriately convinced Montreal team administrator to share MTL’s Official Match Roster prior to the Roster Exchange’s official time 60 minutes prior to the match.
05.11.19 CIN-MTL Garde Interaction with Officials Post-Match
Post-Match, MTL HC Garde confronted the match Officials near midfield and continued to berate them as they headed to the locker room. Discipline pending further review.
05.12.19 ATL-ORL Cameramen Entering the Field 50min
In the 50th minute, two cameramen enter the field all the way into the penalty area while ATL players are celebrating a goal. The cameramen embed themselves in the middle of the team celebration. Noted to Broadcast.
