The incident was reviewed under Disciplinary Committee Parameter #2:
Where the Officials See an Incident, and Issue a Red Card, the Committee may review the play for further disciplinary action, over and above the mandatory suspension and fine. Supplemental discipline (suspension and/or fine) will be administered if the Committee believes:
the offense is egregious in nature; and/or
it must act to protect player safety; and/or
it must protect the integrity of the game; and/or
the player is guilty of repeat behavior.
It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Diego Rubio will be suspended for one (1) additional match (two (2) matches total) and issued an additional $250 fine ($500 total) for violent conduct.

The Vancouver Whitecaps FC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. The Club will be issued a warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

A verbal altercation between an FCC Player and PHI fans inside the tunnel area occurred at halftime. Noted by MLS Security to PHI who have since adjusted protective barriers.

The Moss brothers were permitted post-match access to the field. Noted to MLS Security.
05.01.19 PHI-CIN Cameraman Incident 10min
A field level cameraman was shooting footage in the path of the AR1 resulting in a minor injury. Managed by Game Day staff and noted to MLS Broadcast.

Fan chants at 9:01, 22:12, 42:41, 46:24, 51:29, 54:25, 56:38, 58:18 and 64:48 (goal kick or corner kick by the opponents) of "you suck asshole." Noted to MLS Security.

A crooked goal on the AR1 side of field was rectified by staff after it was identified by the Match Officials. Noted to MLS Operations.
