NYC ATC, Kevin Christen, attempted to manipulate the match by throwing an additional ball onto the field during a HOU throw-in. A warning was sent.
05.27.18 SKC-CLB Security and Fan Incident 45+min
CLB player, Federico Higuaín, was exiting the field after being dismissed in the 45+ minute. As he was leaving the field, a security member tried to touch him and direct him to the tunnel resulting in a slap of the hand from the player. While entering the stadium tunnel, a fan ran to the boundary rope and said "adios puto". The fan was within three (3) feet of the player. Noted to MLS Security.
05.26.18 LAFC-DC Olsen Bench Behavior 56min
DCU Head Coach, Ben Olsen, was observed to have been in violation of the Bench Behavior Policy in the 56th minute while egregiously protesting an offside decision. Discipline pending Disciplinary Committee review.
05.26.18 ORL-CHI Sideline Cameraman
A sideline cameraman was observed standing inches from the field in a position potentially dangerous to the safety of players and infringing on space for the AR1 to perform his officiating responsibilities. Noted to MLS Broadcast.
05.26.18 MIN-MTL Line Marking Irregularity
Goal lines did not line up with goal posts. This field marking irregularity was identified prior to the game and noted to MIN Operations. They could not rectify the issue prior to the start of the match. Noted to MLS Operations.
05.26.18 LAG-SJ Bench Policy
An additional four (4) temporary seats were lined up next to the LAG bench bringing the total bench personnel number to twenty-one (21) in violation of the Bench Policy. A warning was sent to LAG.

SJ equipment manager, Andy Dunbar, was observed to have been in violation of the Use of a Personal Communication Device policy while on the bench during warm ups. Warning sent to Club and individual.
05.26.18 LAG-SJ Warm Up Policy
SJ player, #30 Yeferson Quintana, was observed warming up prior to team warm ups despite not being listed on the Official Match Roster. The violation of the Warm Up policy was noted and a warning email was send to the Club and player.

Video Board Replay Policy violations noted in the Referee and PME report regarding potential penalty kick decisions. Pending Investigation.
05.26.18 LAFC-DC Fan Incident
A bottle was thrown from the stands and hit the referee at halftime. The fan was arrested. Noted to MLS Security.

In the 84th minute, the Referee had to mandate an official announcement from the stadium Public Address system to fans to refrain from throwing items onto the field.
05.26.18 HOU-NYC Fan Incident 82min
HOU fans behind the NYC bench were verbally abusing the Visiting Club players and coaches while throwing items, including a bucket of popcorn, at the bench.
05.26.18 HOU-NYC Vieira Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime
NYC Head Coach, Patrick Vieira, was observed to have been in violation of the Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime Policy per the PME and Referee Reports. This was the first violation so a warning was sent.
05.26.18 HOU-NYC Roster Change Prior to Kickoff
A roster change was made prior to kickoff that resulted in an amended Official Match Roster. A starting player was removed from the lineup; a substitute was placed in the starting lineup and a reserve from the extended roster was placed on the bench as a substitute. The injured/ill starting player was deemed ineligible.

LAG supporters on west end of the stadium chant "KOULERO" towards SJE supporters at 42, 78, and 84 minutes. Noted to MLS Operations.
