It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that Gerso Fernandes has been found in violation of the League's policy regarding Hands to the Face/Head/Neck of an opponent. Mr. Fernandes will be issued a fine for this action.

Fabinho (PHI) has been found in violation of the League’s policy regarding Entering the Field of Play.  Fabinho will be issued an ‘Official Warning’ for this violation.

06.08.19 COL-MIN Emblen Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime

COL Assistant Coach, Emblen, was observed in violation of the policy.  He will be warned for his first offense.

06.08.19 PHI-NYRB Field Conditions

The Talen Energy Stadium field conditions were substandard and dangerous for players.  Raised sod was visible around most of the field, but most notably at mid-field.  There were also visible branding marks at the center and on either end of the field.  Noted to MLS Operations.

06.05.19 MTL-SEA Fan Incident

Fans entered the field post-match and made contact with MTL players.  Security, MTL players and fans were involved in a confrontation.  The Referee was the first responder and notified security. Noted to MLS Security.

06.05.19 MTL-SEA Field Equipment

The 4th Official notified Club operations that a corner flag was missing.  Club operations rectified the issue immediately.  Noted to MLS Operations.
