The PME also spoke to the 4th Official about it, who said he had had a similar conversation with Pellegrino. Noted to MLS Operations.
11.01.20 NYC-RBNY Substitution Board
When the 4th Official tried to put a "1" on the substitute board in the 45th minute, it would not display the number. He then asked the Red Hat if there was a manual board he could use. The Red Hat notified him that there was a manual board in the locker room and radioed to have it brought to the field. It did not arrive until the half ended, so the 4th Official told each coaching staff that there would be one minute of added time. Noted to MLS Operations.
