Columbus Crew SC Fitness Coach Federico Pizzuto has been found in violation of the League’s Coach/Staff Misbehavior policy. Mr. Pizzuto will be suspended one (1) match for his actions.
Further, Mr. Pizzuto shall not be authorized to take part in any matchday responsibilities that require him to be at field level from ninety (90) minutes before kickoff until the conclusion of the match (e.g., stretcher crew member) for the remainder of the 2020 MLS Playoffs. For clarification purposes, Mr. Pizzuto shall only be available for selection to the Official Match Roster once he fully serves his one (1) match suspension.

Orlando City SC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the second violation of the 2020 MLS Season for the Club. Orlando City SC will be fined and Head Coach Oscar Pareja will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

Orlando City SC Assistant Coach Fabian Bazan has been found in violation of the League’s Bench Behavior policy. Mr. Bazan will be suspended two (2) matches and issued a fine for his actions. Mr. Bazan served the first match of his suspension on November 8, 2020 versus Nashville SC. He will serve the second match suspension on November 21, 2020 against New York City FC.

The incident was reviewed under Disciplinary Committee Parameter #3:
Where the Officials See an Incident, and Do Not Act (i.e., no foul, foul, yellow card), the Committee shall act:
On incidents in which PRO acknowledges an on-field Referee/VAR error AND the Committee is unanimous at Red Card and One (1) match or Action Taken (simulation/embellishment); or,
On incidents in which discipline warrants at least a two (2) match suspension.
The play in question must be, in the unanimous opinion of the Committee from all available evidence:
a clear and unequivocal red card; and
egregious and/or repeat behavior in nature, and/or
the Committee must act to protect player safety or the integrity of the game.
It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Dairon Asprilla will be suspended for one (1) match and issued a fine for Violent Conduct.

Adrian Heath will be issued a fine for his 2nd violation of the season.
11.04.20 NSH-DAL Delayed Kick
2nd Half started two minutes late due to NSH not being ready. Noted to MLS Operations.
11.04.20 MIN-CHI Penalty Area Mis-Lined
Upon inspecting the field prior to the match, the officiating crew noticed that the penalty area of the south side goal was not marked correctly. After measuring, it was confirmed that the goal-line portion of the penalty area was 1.5 inches too long. It was not repaired for the match. Noted to MLS Operations.
11.04.20 MIN-CHI MIN Video Board Replay Policy Violation
During the 90+ minute review, the VOR Output was shown live on the video board. Minnesota United received a Formal Warning for their first violation of the season.
