The Philadelphia Union have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. The Club will be issued a warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

The 4th Official was notified that projectiles were thrown at SJ Players by spectators in the section behind the goal during the warm up period after the lightening delay (40min). Noted to MLS Operations.

DAL was late arriving to the field for the start of the second half delaying kick-off. Noted to MLS Operations.

The 4th Official reported that the Red Hat repeatedly followed him around tapping him on the shoulder for information during the game which resulted in an unwanted distraction. Noted to MLS Operations.

Audio Recording Device power (batteries) caused the device to turn off twice during the match. Noted to MLS Operations.
The game clock on the video board located on the locker room side of the field was not working properly during parts of the first half. For other parts of the first half, it was turned off completely. Noted to MLS Operations.
