At 33:19 into the first half, the stadium clock momentarily showed 0:00. The issue was quickly rectified. Noted to MLS Operations.

The Match Director’s game day credentials were not available upon arrival (third occurrence this season). He had to contact the LAFC Team Administrator to assist. Noted to MLS Operations.

ATX had 12 total Bench Personnel in the bench area (8 in technical area and 4 standing behind bench). They had 9 staff listed on the Official Match Roster. The Club will be issued an Official Warning with a fine held in abeyance should they violate the same policy at any point later in the season.
