LA Bench Personnel Policy Violation
A Non-Rostered LA Athletic Trainer was in the bench area throughout the match. The club will be issued an Official Warning with a fine held in abeyance until a second violation of the same incident in 2022.

CLT Ball Retriever Violation 89min
A Ball Retriever violation occurred in the 89th minute. A Ball Retriever removed the ball from the ball stand and returned it directly to the CLT GK. CLT will be fined for their second violation of this policy in 2022.
VMD reported that “beers were thrown from the stands behind the goal while attending to #30 for MTL and as they walked behind the goal toward the bench” after a goalscoring opportunity in the 45th minute (first half). Noted to MLS Security.
05.14.22 NYC-CLB
There was smoke on the field during the first minute of the match which interfered with player and match official visibility and resulted in a stoppage of play. After 30-45 seconds, the match was restarted as the smoke dissipated.
There was no padding around the midfield camera. Noted to MLS Operations.
