06.18.22 RSL-SJ Jacobs RC Irresponsible Behavior Halftime
It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Real Salt Lake Assistant Coach Brett Jacobs exhibited irresponsible behavior and use of inappropriate language directed towards match officials. Mr. Jacobs will be issued an additional fine (total one (1) match suspension, doubling of fine) for this action.

Although there will not be supplemental discipline issued at this time, Boris Sekulic will be placed on ‘Official Warning’ for Serious Foul Play for his next five (5) 2022 MLS Season matches (including MLS Playoffs).

While the Match Director was waiting for the Match Officials to return to the field for the start of the 2nd half, one of the external doors to a secure area of the stadium was opened by a fan. Noted to MLS Security.
06.18.22 PHI-CIN
There was no ball on the ball stand at the 4th Official's table at the beginning of the match. The Referee Liaison radioed PHI Operations, and they arrived with a ball about 5 minutes into the match. Noted to MLS Operations.

A Ball Retriever returned the ball directly to a player in the 10th minute. SEA will be fined for their 2nd violation f the season.

A delay occurred in the distribution of the Digital Match Roster due to technological malfunction. Competition working to resolve.
06.19.22 NYC-COL
A delay occurred in the distribution of the Digital Match Roster due to technological malfunction and a short-term player loan for COL who had not been made available by Player Relations. Corrected by Competition on match day.
There was only one pink concussion substitution card in the Referee locker room prior to the game. NYC admin was asked to provide them but did not. Normal substitution cards were distributed to the home team admin after the roster exchange. 4th Official used normal (white) substitution cards and wrote on them "concussion - pink" as a replacement for the regular pink not provided and gave two to both teams before the kickoff. Noted to MLS Operations.
