It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that Milos Degenek has been found in violation of the League's policy regarding hands to the face/head/neck of an opponent. Mr. Degenek will be issued a fine for this action.

VMD noted to Match Director that fans were too close behind him. The VMD himself said it was noisy and interfering with his communication. This was also noted by in-stadium security who said they would let the club know. Noted to MLS Medical & Operations.

TOR Ball Retriever Violation 19min

A Ball Retriever returned a ball directly to a player in the 19th minute. TOR will be fined for their 2nd violation of the season.

At 51:30 a fan entered the field of play from the southeast corner. After a short delay, the fan was removed from the field by security. Noted to MLS Security.

07.02.22 MIN-RSL

Match Director noted that a volunteer on the field holding a banner during the national anthem and pregame fireworks had a medical issue which delayed the start by a minute. That person was carted off the field by medical personnel. Noted to MLS Medical.

07.03.22 SJ-CHI

SJ security detail was positioned too close to the boundary line and within 8 feet of the field. Noted to MLS Security.
