04.08.23 HOU-LA Costa throwing/kicking an object into stands 96min

 It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that LA Galaxy midfielder Douglas Costa has been found in violation of the League’s policy regarding Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans.  Accordingly, Mr. Costa will be issued a fine and will be placed on ‘Official Warning’ for the remainder of the 2023 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).  The fine shall be held in abeyance provided there are no further violations of the Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans policy during the 2023 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).
