It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Orlando City SC midfielder Cesar Araujo is guilty of simulation/embellishment.  Mr. Araujo will be issued a fine for this action.

04.01.23 STL-MIN Fragapane Simulation-Embellishment 28min

It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Minnesota United FC midfielder Franco Fragapane is guilty of simulation/embellishment.  Mr. Fragapane will be issued a fine for this action. The yellow card issued to St. Louis City SC midfielder Jared Stroud, as a result of this incident, will be absolved from his yellow card accumulation total and any disciplinary points from St. Louis City SC’s total will be dismissed.
