It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Orlando City SC midfielder Wilder Cartagena is guilty of simulation/embellishment.  Mr. Cartagena will be issued a fine for this action.

It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Toronto FC midfielder Federico Bernardeschi failed to leave the field in a timely manner.  Mr. Bernardeschi will be issued a fine for this action.
