It is the Committee's unanimous decision that both Atlanta United FC and Inter Miami CF have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. Both Clubs will be issued an official warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline:
Atlanta United FC forwards Giorgos Giakoumakis and Xande Silva will be issued a fine for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.
Inter Miami CF forward Leonardo Campana and midfielder Facundo Farias will be issued a fine for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.

It is the Committee's unanimous decision that Philadelphia Union defender Jack Elliott failed to leave the field in a timely manner. Mr. Elliott will be issued a fine for this action.

FC Cincinnati forward Dominique Badji has been found in violation of the League’s policy regarding Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans. Accordingly, Mr. Badji will be issued a fine and will be placed on ‘Official Warning’ for the remainder of the 2023 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs). The fine shall be held in abeyance provided there are no further violations of the Throwing/Kicking an Object Toward Fans policy during the 2023 MLS Season (including MLS Playoffs).
