The Audio Recording Device was not turned on and did not have a Club memory card inside. This was immediately reported to TFC Operations by the Match Director. The issue was not addressed so there was no recording during the match. Noted to MLS Operations.
A MTL cameraman was stationed in a chair close to the sideline. The camera tripod did not have padding which created a potential player safety concern. Noted to MLS Operations.
