It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that Los Angeles FC has been found in violation of the League’s policy regarding Entering the Field of Play. The club will be issued an Official Warning for this action. Additionally, it is the Committee’s unanimous decision that the following Los Angeles FC players have been found in violation of the League’s policy regarding Entering the Field of Play:
Francisco Ginella (LAFC) will be issued an Official Warning for Entering the Field of Play during a non-confrontational incident.
Danny Musovski (LAFC) will be issued an Official Warning for Entering the Field of Play during a non-confrontational incident.
04.09.22 LA-LAFC Mass Confrontation LAFC post-match
It is the Committee’s unanimous decision that Los Angeles FC have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the second violation of the 2022 MLS Season for the Club. Los Angeles FC will be fined, and Head Coach Steve Cherundolo will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

CLT Bench Personnel Ball Retrieval Violation 3min
A Ball Retrieval Violation by a CLT bench personnel was identified in the 3rd minute. CLTwill receive an Official Warning and a fine held in abeyance, which will be payable should they violate the same policy at any point again in the 2022 season.
04.09.22 LA-LAFC
Video Board Replay Policy Violation 90+10min
A Video Board Replay Policy violation by LA was identified in the 90+10 minute. A replay of a controversial incident was displayed on the video board while the referee was in the midst of a review. LA will be fined for this violation.
The substitution board malfunctioned and was not replaced until the 15th minute of the match. Noted to PRO & MLS Operations.
A “house microphone” was identified a few inches from the sideline. Noted to MLS Operations.

A cameraman and his assistant were observed very close to the field and next to the goal in the 5th, 13th, 73rd, 85th, and 90+2 minutes. Noted to MLS Operations.

Ball Retriever violations were identified in the 12th and 86th minutes. The Ball Retriever threw a ball stand or spare ball directly to the players. RSL will receive an Official Warning and a fine held in abeyance, which will be payable should they violate the same policy at any point again in the 2022 season.

Ball Retriever violations were identified in the 22nd and 27th minutes. The Ball Retriever threw a ball stand or spare ball directly to the players. VAN will receive an Official Warning and a fine held in abeyance, which will be payable should they violate the same policy at any point again in the 2022 season.
A “rib” was thrown towards the POR bench. The Match Director was informed by the 4th Official. A Vancouver Police Department officer operating behind the bench indicated that it came from section 214. MLS & VAN Security unable to identify offender as he left the area soon after.
04.09.22 SKC-NSH
The match was delayed four minutes by the Match Officials in order to allow time for VAR technical issues to be addressed. PRO & MLS Competition investigating.

RBNY Bench Personnel Ball Retrieval Violation 90+3min
A RBNY bench personnel violated the Ball Retrieval Guidelines in the 90+3 minute. RBNY will receive an Official Warning and a fine held in abeyance, which will be payable should they violate the same policy at any point again in the 2022 season.

After the final whistle, a fan entered the field of play and approached an ORL player. Security intervened. MLS Security has banned the parent of this pitch invader from the stadium for 1 year, as the offender was a minor.

The Ball Stand setup on the sideline opposite the benches was in violation of Competition guidelines. Warning sent to MIA.
