After the RSL goal in the 45th minute, objects (water bottles/cups) were thrown by fans onto the field of play in the direction of the RSL players. Some bottles were full, and others were empty. An announcement was made over the PA regarding the behavior. Noted to MLS Security.
04.02.22 VAN-SKC
A pitch invader entered the field while the ball was in play in the 90+2 minute. The pitch invader was removed within 30 seconds without any incidents occurring with players or match officials. Play restarted with a drop ball. Noted to MLS Security.
04.02.22 VAN-SKC SKC Assistant Coach Zoran Savic Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime
SKC Assistant Coach Zoran Savic was observed approaching Match Officials at Halftime. He will receive an Official Warning for his first violation of the season. VAN Assistant Coach did not receive a warning as the 4th Official indicated to Competition that he initiated the conversation with him.

The bench microphones were set up in an incorrect location and not within the vicinity of the team benches. Stadium operations personnel indicated that they would rectify in advance of their next match.

Match Officials changed their jersey color at halftime to create more contrast with the SJ jerseys. Noted to PRO.

Ball Retriever violations were identified in the 28th and 75th minutes. SJ will receive an Official Warning and a fine held in abeyance, which will be payable should they violate the same policy at any point again in the 2022 season.
