The Committee's unanimous decision is that New York Red Bulls defender Dylan Nealis failed to leave the field in a timely manner. Dylan Nealis will be issued a fine for this action.
10.05.24 ATL-RBNY Mass Confrontation 69min
The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Atlanta United FC has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the first violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. Atlanta United FC and Head Coach Robert Valentino will be issued Official Warnings for this violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individual has been identified for supplemental discipline: Atlanta United FC midfielder Bartosz Slisz will be issued a fine for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.

The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Austin FC has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the third violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. Austin FC will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
The Committee’s unanimous decision is that the LA Galaxy has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the second violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. The LA Galaxy will be fined and Head Coach Greg Vanney will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline:
LA Galaxy forward Gabriel Pec will be issued a fine for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation (second violation of the 2024 MLS Season).
LA Galaxy goalkeeper Novak Micovic will be issued a fine for inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.
10.05.24 LA-ATX Delgado YC challenge Bukari 60min
The incident was reviewed under Disciplinary Committee Parameter #3: Where the Officials See an Incident, and Do Not issue a Red Card or Act on a Case of Clear and Obvious Simulation/Embellishment that Meets the Conditions for Suspension, the Committee shall issue the following:
One (1) Match Suspensions - On incidents in which PRO acknowledges an on-field Referee/VAR error AND the Committee is unanimous at Red Card and One (1) match or Action Taken (simulation/embellishment); or, in cases pursuant to Section (VI.B.4.d.) Official Warnings; or,
Two (2) or more Match Suspensions - On incidents in which discipline warrants at least a two (2) match suspension.
The play in question must be, in the unanimous opinion of the Committee from all available evidence:
a clear and unequivocal red card; and
egregious and/or repeat behavior in nature, and/or
the Committee must act to protect Player safety or the integrity of the game.
Clear and obvious simulation/embellishment.
The Committee’s unanimous decision is that LA Galaxy midfielder Mark Delgado will be suspended one (1) match and issued a fine for serious foul play.

The Committee's unanimous decision is that Austin FC defender Guilherme Biro failed to leave the field in a timely and orderly manner. Guilherme Biro will be issued a fine for this action.

The Committee’s unanimous decision is that Austin FC has violated the League’s Mass Confrontation Policy. This is the third violation of the 2024 MLS Season for the Club. Austin FC will be fined. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.
Due to their role in the mass confrontation, the following individuals have been identified for supplemental discipline:
Austin FC midfielders Jhojan Valencia and Dani Pereira and forward Jader Obrian will be issued fines for entering the field of play in a confrontational manner during a confrontational incident and inciting and/or escalating a mass confrontation.
Austin FC assistant coaches Davy Arnaud, Rodrigo Rios, and Preston Burpo will be issued Official Warnings for entering the field of play in a non-confrontational manner during a confrontational incident.

LA Galaxy assistant coach Nick Theslof will be issued an Official Warning for entering the field of play in a non-confrontational manner during a confrontational incident.
