The head referee informed the PME that in extra time of the first half, a beer can was thrown on the field near the right side of the MTL goal. Noted to MLS Security/Operations.

The audio recording device was not functioning properly at the beginning of the match, and recording did not begin until the 31st minute. Noted to MLS Operations.
08.31.19 VAN-NYC Videoboard Replay Policy
In the 33rd minute, an alleged video board replay policy violation occurred. Pending investigation.
08.31.19 VAN-NYC Stretcher Crew
As reported in the PME and Referee Report, the stretcher crew was unsure of their responsibilities and process in the 16th minute during treatment of a player. Previously raised and addressed by MLS Medical.

In the 32nd minute, the PME observed the SKC fans in the south stands chanting profanities for at least two minutes. Noted to MLS Security/Operations.

Streamers were thrown on the field by home Club supporters in the 61st and 87th minutes. Noted to MLS Security/Operations.

After a penalty kick was awarded to FCC, a beer can was thrown on the field from behind the DAL goal. Security was notified and the fan was removed from the stadium.
