09.07.19 POR-SKC SKC Savic Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime

SKC Assistant Coach was observed by the PME to be interacting with the 4th Official immediately following the halftime whistle. Savic was warned for his first violation.

09.07.19 POR-SKC Cameraman Incidents

The Referee Report and PME reported that a cameraman collided with the AR on at least three occasions during the first half.  Pending investigation. Noted to MLS Broadcasting.

09.07.19 POR-SKC Fan Conduct

In the 42nd minute, POR fans were reportedly chanting “F*ck you ref” and giving the middle finger to the Referee. The chant could be heard on the broadcast. Noted to MLS Operations.

09.07.19 POR-SKC Visiting Locker Room Security

SKC Team Administrator, Jon Farrell, reported to the PME that three POR representatives were walking through the SKC locker room prior to the start of the match, including the Timbers mascot, a Portland Thorns official and a photographer. He asked that security be increased for the visiting Club locker room in this stadium as this was the second time in two matches that this occurred. Noted to MLS Operations & Security.
