it must act to protect player safety; and/or
it must protect the integrity of the game; and/or
the player is guilty of repeat behavior.

Atlanta United FC Assistant Coach Orlando Trustfull was observed by the PME to be interacting with the officials during halftime. He was issued an Official Warning for his first violation of this policy.
09.21.19 ATL-SJ Assistant Coach Bonini Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime
San Jose Earthquakes Assistant Coach Guido Bonini was observed by the PME to be interacting with the officials near the center circle during halftime. He was issued a fine for his second violation of this policy.
09.21.19 LA-MTL MTL Assistant Coach Bernier Interacting with Match Officials at Halftime
Montreal Impact Assistant Coach Patrice Bernier was observed by the PME to be interacting with the 4th Official on the field immediately following the halftime whistle. He was issued an Official Warning for his 1st violation of this policy.
