Where the Officials See an Incident, and Do Not Issue a Red Card (i.e., no foul, foul, yellow card), the Committee shall only act on incidents in which supplemental discipline warrants at least a two (2) match suspension if:
The play in question is, in the unanimous opinion of the Committee from all available evidence, a clear and unequivocal red card; and
The play in question is, in the unanimous opinion of the Committee from all available evidence:

the Committee must act to protect player safety or the integrity of the game.
It is the Disciplinary Committee's unanimous decision that Nani will be suspended for two (2) matches and issued a fine for unwanted physical contact with a match official.

During, the pre-game warm-up there was an incident with the MTL GK coach who appeared to intentionally bump into an AR and continued to be disrespectful towards all the officials. He was complaining that the refs were in their space when they actually were in the correct warm up space.

The PME noted that FC Cincinnati Head Coach was unhappy with the security guard at the team locker room area as he apparently got into a shouting match with some of his players. Noted to MLS Security.
