The 4th Official’s Table is not long enough to accommodate all representatives (i.e., VMD, Match Director, 4th Official, two Communication representatives). A longer table has been requested from MLS Operations.
Requests have been submitted to increase the number of Ball Retrievers in the interest of expediting ball retrieval, and also to use the redundancy Ball Stand at midfield on the bench side instead of leaving the spare ball in this location on the ground. Noted to MLS Operations.
A Ball Retriever delivered a replacement ball directly to a player in the 79th minute. Competition sent Official Warning to RSL.

The VMD was not present at the Match Coordination Meeting. Noted to MLS Medical.
There was a discrepancy between how DC United viewed their 85% threshold status, which presumably was supported by an email from the league indicating that they had surpassed the threshold, versus what was listed on the Smartsheet. Noted to MLS Medical.

The Audio Recording Device was working for the first half but when the Match Director returned for the second half, it would not power up. SKC had a representative check out the device and found it to be broken and is going to replace it immediately for the remainder of the season. Noted to MLS Operations.

Fan Conduct – the SJ assistant coach asked 4th Official for additional security to help with fans yelling at him and the substitutes warming up during the match. LAG representative, Jon Reindorf, added an additional police officer to the area. Noted to MLS Operations & Security.
SJ was a minute late returning to the field to start the second half. Kickoff for the second half was delayed two minutes due to broadcast. Noted to MLS Broadcast & Operations.
Members of the SJ bench failed to wear masks on the bench. Noted to MLS Medical.
