Both FC Cincinnati and the Columbus Crew have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy. Both Clubs will be issued a warning for their first violation. Any additional violation(s) of the policy will result in a fine to the Club and a fine to the Head Coach. Each violation thereafter will result in the doubling of the fine.

No Memory Card in the Audio Recording Device. Club Ops indicated that they were unaware of the responsibility to insert a Club Memory Card. Indicated that they would rectify the issue moving forward. Noted to MLS Operations.
Officials indicated that Colorado's athletic trainers/medical personnel did not enter the field in a timely manner when he signaled them to enter field to take care of an injury on several occasions. Also indicated that the Colorado stretcher crew reacted too slowly (80th minute). Noted to MLS Medical & Operations.
COL was late arriving to the field for the second half delaying kick by 1 minute. Noted to MLS Operations.
